SHIPPING POLICY
• Delivery charges within Karachi is Rs. 50 - Rs. 200 (according to your area).• If your delivery address is in Karachi, we offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 2499.• For out of Karachi orders, delivery charges will be Rs. 250 for first kg along with full payment made in advance.• For customized orders, 50% advance payment is required. Contact us for more details.• Delivery time varies according to the product and its availability.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
• We strongly recommend you to make a video while unboxing the parcel every time, in order to qualify for refund/exchange.• In case of exchange/refund, delivery charges must be born by the customer.
• In order to exchange or complain for the damaged/defected product, the customer must report within 24 hours of delivery along with the receipt and unboxing video of the damaged product.•Please note that we do not compensate in anyway once the mentioned complaint period has ended.
